I stretch empty hands

Divine

Unreachable

Stretch out for me

Reach past the dark to save me

The infinite becomes small

Hope is born in a child

Merciful

Loving

Savior

I have no greater comfort than this

To know that Jesus Christ has saved me

He finds me when I am lost and alone

Forgives me when I am sinful

And has never left me forgotten or unloved
